NO!!!!!!! DONT BUY THE HOOD!!!!! I did and strongly recomend you dont! I paid around $1,000 for the evo 8 kit and hood. the thing is they dont tell you it wont fit the ralliart. My cars sitting in the shop and its about 12" to far apart. Accolade wont respond to my emails that Ive sent Asking them for instructions,or help installing it..
Instructions
Sir i think its not fitting becuause you had front end damage to your car,
best would be to get OEM hood adjust the front lock and bar according to that and fix the bar,

Even if the front damage is not much from the sides the fenders have bent, this means the front bar may have come few inches inside. so you will need a OEM hood to make your car straight first and then see if our hood fits.
It will fit as we test fit it on our Lancer.

what my body guy had to do is cut a section along the width of the hood where the wheather stripping and the front window meet (right where you would install the window washer hoses ) the strut bar is not in the way but it does rub on the bottom of the hood i will try to get you a pic today it is -15c out
