which has more hp gains,and what does everyone about the sound?

 

I'm not sure about hp gains, but the injen setup sounds awesome. It'll make your car sound like a wind tunnel and your factory bov LOUD.

Yeah I was wondering the same thing, the deal on RRM right now is pretty wicked though...

 

As of right now I think I'm gonna go with the Injen CAI

 

Oh man, here we go again.......there is a long thread on CAI differences somewhere in here. IMHO--there is little difference in hp gain unless the piping or filters have major differences. Other than that, it is a price war and brand preference.

I'm an AEM fan myself. RRE and Injen make quality products as well, although I only have personal experience w/ AEM on an 02 Eclipse.

 

what about the filter differences? Will there be quality issues with any of them?

It depends on if you want 1 piece or 2 piece. RRM makes the one piece and is supposedly backed by some Mitsu dealerships. Injen makes the 2 piece which will work with a bypass if you so desire.

That's it, I doubt there are any power differences at all.
