***SPOTTED** Is That Your Ralliart...?
i HAD an 04 in thunder gray but sold it at the beginning of the year...
ive seen another 04/05 thunder gray with a black rally/racing stripe on one side(can't remember off-hand if it's left or right side tho) and a white one driving around in the 15 mile/orchard lake area and once a sportback too....but i've tried looking into it and no luck to finding out who they are...
so sad i sld it...i keep trying to think if i could find it somewhere and re-buy it...but right now it's nto an option....that's the reason i sold it in the first place...(needs too much work for me to afford right now)

i don't think it's the same one i'd seen...the one i remember was stock looking(unless they've modded it since)

So, does that change the way it appeared? I have to give you a hard time for I grew up with manual tranny's and know the fun/advantages associated with them. But now, as the owner of an 2004 Sportback Turbocharged Ralliart AT, and the preference of choosing a MT having never been available, I can't help but to be a little biased towards the automatic transmission...
"...but it was auto." Funny how that just slipped in.

Yeah, been through conversations with others expressing interests in conversions, swaps, AWD,, etc., and my response is always, "but then it wouldn't be a 2004 Lancer Sportback Ralliart for they weren't produced that way." You can turn anything into anything if you have the monies. Engine/Transmission/ECU wise, it's still OEM, minus the fuel injectors and colder spark plugs. It does lay claim to being the first 2004 Sportback Ralliart with a NA & Turbo ECU reflash by Hackish! OttRalliart05 was the first in his '04 Ralliart sedan. I just had an LSD produced for it and it is yet to be installed. After that, I think I'm done with modifying it for I'll have accomplished everything I set out to do.

Now that makes more sense, a vehicle that is R&D'd and engineered as an AWD, turbocharged, manual transmission, rally car! Mine was built for 162hp/145 whp, as a FWD, NA, AT family wagon with a sport suspension package. I understand though the desire to modify vehicles, but this is where I'm stopping at on mine, and dreaming that one day I'll own the Evo Wagon. For now, I have a pretty cool toy with 240 whp!
