how do i hook a air/fuel ratio meter

ok guys i really need some help here i just order my triple gauge pillar and there is a purple wire on the back of the meter and i know it goes to the ecu BUT WHERE and yes i know there is a layout on the forums but i need details i suck at electrical $hit. Where is the ecu, is it under the passenger floor board . IF some body has diagram of the ecu and the pin # that i need to wire into that would be great. I also know it ( I think) goes to the O2 sensor pin.
PLEASE HELP ME OUT

The ECU is located behind the glovebox. You see it right there when you remove the glovebox. Diagram and pinout for the ECU is in my sig, but someone else will need to tell you which wire, since I don't know.

Dont thank me for this, thank Daddymac... Are you getting a wideband O2 to go with it?

edit: Okay maybe this doesn't clear it up as much as I'd hoped. I was just clipping from the how to forum. Maybe Tory can clarify the right one since there's 2.
10 Blue/red - Heated oxygen sensor heater (front)
18 Blue/yellow - Heated oxygen sensor heater (rear)
108 White - Heated oxygen sensor (front)
116 White - Heated oxygen sensor (rear)

don't hook it up to the o2 direct.. you will **** it up

just do it at the ecu like everybody else

and you DON'T use 10 or 18.. those are the heater wires.. you use 108 for pre-cat and 116 for post-cat

So, those are the two white wires in the center of the third ecu plug(from left to right with the plug pins facing up). And I think that it is the white wire in the top... Anybody can bring some light to this?

Minr is hanging lean...like second light from the worst lean. The most ity does is stick in the second stoich light while cruising.

But at WOT it goes back to the second lean light. Wonder if Im having a problem when the car detects the loss of the cat(Sporting an RRM Downpipe). Also the car has the piggyback and I know that its job is to lean the car, but it cant be to those extremes.

Any info on this

did you use the pre-cat pin or post-cat?

not positive but if you hook up to the front (or pre-cat or W/E) wire and don't have a cat it should be ok, but the post-cat readings wouldnt be right b/c you don't have a cat.

don't know much about it, but thats my guess. so if i'm wrong someone help us both.
