and, slowryd is right...it is labor intensive so get a buddy to help u out. plus, do a LOT of reading, esp. that webpage that slowryd mention...hidplanet. it took me almost 3 months of research and reading before i got ready to do my retro.

nice, props to you both. What's the temp rating on both of yours? How much did you guys spend total?

 

my bulbs temp are 4300 K osram for me. anything above that, you lose output. the other OEM are 4100 K philps. as for the cost, just a total of a little over $400. but, being able to see clear as day at night is priceless.

 

Im using 4300K phillips bulbs. paid 410 shipped.
