Why mitsu service sucks

man you guys have the worst luck( or i've been lucky) even though i don't get free oil changes etc. they never say a word about any mods i do to the car, hell the parts guy is the one who told me to buy my stuff at RRM. plus on the showroom floor they have displays of underdrive pulleys, AEM cold air intakes, greddy exhausts it's pretty sweet. LOL when i took my car in after i put my exhaust and CAI on i was talking to the parts guy and i could hear them reving the engine, and when they handed me the keys when i was done the mechanic said "nice ride, sounds good too"
NVM.
I just found my diamond care warranty papers, TIRE ROTATION is covered under the warranty - free sheducle maintence - 3years of 45k miles. Why the hell did the guy wanna charge me 40bucks for something ive already paid for FREE under my warranty. Im gonna call them tommorow and give them an earful!

yeah... all that maintance is free. I jsut got my car 2 months ago and I don't know how often you can go in but they told me oil and tire rotaion is free for 3 years. I'll probably do it all myself I want to put better oil then dealer oil in. I want something a little better sense Im a little rough on my cars.

I checked my service schedule book last night. All the oil changes in between the regularly scheduled maint. is free, the rest i have to pay for. One of the items in the 7500 mile service was tire rotation. My rims were filthy from brake dust and trust me, no one removed a tire. They did however, remove my fairly new Bosche wiper blades and put the cheapos back on - nice move guys!

mitsurallymore dealership hatin
yeah i read it and it really sucks wat happened to you, its just i worked for two different mitsu dealerships and i can honestly say i have NEVER seen that kinda stuff happen. not all dealerships are into that kinda business. i just cant stand the dealership hatin sometimes is all. WE ARE NOT ALL SATAN!!! not tryin to start a flame war here just putting in my .02
if anyone wants to know if they have free service then pm me the last 8 digits of your vin and i can tell you. free service is every 7500 miles
unless you have an evo than its every 5000. mitsu pays for all the expensive services you pay only the oil changes in between, which is dirt cheap

this is on topic, but about my speakers
i went in because my left rear speaker was rattling real bad when i turned the bass up to even 1. so i went in and they pulled it back, didnt take off the speaker grill, but said that one of the brackets was bad, so they ordered new ones.. also they said that the rattling was just because the bass wasnt MEANT to be turned up past 0.
needless to say i thought it was bs and thought maybe a speaker was blown and they just didnt want to replace it.. then one day i was at best buy and saw some 4-way pioneers and i bought them.. 100 dollars for 2 speakers... not too bad i thought... well i go home and install them and as soon as i pulled off the grill i noticed 3 things.
1. the speakers in there were aftermarket (they were crappy pawn shop speakers)
2. the plastic spacer was gone and the speakers were being held in by ONE small screw, so the speakers were bouncing all over the place and the bass was just causing them to jump...sucks cuz they werent blown...
3. the grill bracket wasnt broke at all.. the screw underneath was unscrewed and never screwed back in.
this just basically made me laugh out loud at how ignorent the ppl at this shop actually are. but i just bought a new in-dash dvd player today and it really brought out the sound i was missing in the rear speakers.. i am going to replace the front speakers with the pioneer 4-ways later this week, as well as installing my gamecube in the car, and my subs and amp

thank you mitsupwr thats my point exactly, im really disgusted at some of the business ethics you guys are telling me are being displayed but trust me we are not all like that. some bad apples do ruin the bunch but the satan comments and such are really unfair thats all. no hard feelins if it hapnd to me i would feel the same way
