i was just driving home from work today and some black car just ran up on my a$$. i couldn't tell what it was at first but then i realized that it was a black evo. he kept flashes his high beams at me so i pulled of the road a little and he just flew by me...i new it was faster than that so i downshifted and followed him. there must have been something wrong with his car because i was keeping up with him and his tires were spinning...but then i try and flag him over and he flipped me off! i just wanted to talk to the guy! i thinks thats kinda messed up!

ihate that kind of thing, you try to admire/compliment someones ride and they give you crap for it...if it were me, id be glad to have people admiring my car!

 

no offence to evo guys, but some of them are just asses. just cuz they got an evo they do stupid things like that. one had tried to spit at my car today when he was pass me by. after he missed it he just took off and left. how F'ed up is that!

 

It's ignorant. Plain and simple. And those guys who do that aren't worthy to drive a car of that stature. Real Mitsubishi enthusiasts will acknowledge Ralliarts for what they are.

 

Had something similar happen to me with a kid in a beamer, when I got out of my car at the next light he turned about as white as his car and stammered out some lame excuse about s"spitting out his gum"... somehow a 6'1 235 lb tattooed Marine has that effect on alot of punks....... they just dont expect someone my size to come out of a Lancer.....

wow, i had something similar aswell.

I had just got off the freeway, taking my friend home... when a evo was following on my ***. At first I thought it was an oz rally w/ an evo bodykit. So I switched lanes, to atleast see a better view of it. Turned out to be a BBY evo. So he driving next to me, and he is not moving any quicker, his lane is open as hell and he is just riding with me. So i speed up, got in his lane and took off. Next thing you know, he ON MY *** again. So he switched from behind me and got on my right side, we got stuck @ a red. My friend who I was taking home (he has a BBY o3 evo), anyways, was trying to get the guys attention and dude would not respond. He even, rolled up his window and snicker a bit... . I told my friend, see that's what I go thru with these evo guys, when I see an evo, I can care less... it's just a car. When they see my RA... they have to be ***. My friend doens't even like evo owners, he says "it's just a car, big deal... *****n kids". Ive had a few more instances, but this was just stands out the most.

Anyways, my friend is selling his o3 BBY EVO w/ 23k miles for 27k, he want's a titan (PM me if your intrested)

 

i honestly think they have a little jealousy thing cuz they aint got mivec. if they know anything about anything they know the potential mivec gives our cars, maybe a little fear and envy there?

 

don't hate all evo owners...i don't think that's fair. I understand some people may not be able to afford to have an evo or rather not have a $600 car payment, but would take one in a heart beat. I love my evo, and i give props to guys with ra's too. I always give a wave when i see 'em and usually they're beaming at my car. We're not all @$$es.

Well, so far, all the evo owners in my area have been real cool and down to earth. I've gotten nothing but respect. Some evo owners were even a little jealous of my white faced gauges and faux carbon fiber dash. I think the Ralliart interior is a little nicer than the Evo and more comfortable too.

 

our appologies, we are generalizing and your right its not fair. but the majority of those guys have ego problems and they are the ones being discussed here

 

After reading all these damn threads, I have come to the conclusion that 90% of the population is made up of people who do not have the mental capacity to eat with a fork and knife. I'll laugh at all these people when they get themselves killed and are burning in hell; for now, I'll just enjoy the fact that I'm far superior to them.

 

They aint jealous, would you be jealous of a car with more than a hundred horsepower less than theirs? I sure wouldnt. As far as dikhead evo owners, believe it or not, I have dealt with far more ralliart morons than evo riders. Some of the RA guys think that Mivec is some delivery from God and they go around talkin sh*t. Ahem...who does that sound like??lol
