is this a curse?!?! omfg!! why is this happening.. just got back home from my accident.. it was a 3 car accident.. a BMW , a jaguar and my ES.. i was the last car.. it happend on a railroad..it was kinda a up hill.. so i went slow..maybe 20mph to cross it.. the went around 35mph.. after the railroad..i slowed down.. then the bmw(2nd car) hit his brakes and hits the jaguar.. the i tried to stop..it was too late..i was a car away... i mean.. i cant admit its my fault.. i stopped...but there wasnt enuogh space.. why is it like this..!??! i love my car so much!! now its ruined.. i never saw myself writting an accident post up here on evom. but now its here..im in shock.. and im soo sad! i cant believe it.. i kinda felt soo bad that i lost the spirit of modding.. all the hard work.. all gone!!! just becoz of some stupid unconsiderate drivers.. who just slams on the brakes.. or doesnt use there signals on time.. is there acurse on this lancers??? i feel so sad.. ic ant even eat..i would kill someones saying.."its just a car" i know that.. but man.. i worked soo hard on moding this car..i think about it everytime.. i just hope everythings works fine.. im confused right now.. i dont know wut to say.. iono wut to do..

You didn't have the Mod insurance??? It's not just a car...it's your child. I feel for you man, make sure your insurance company doesn't try and screw you... then get an EVO!!!!

 

Sorry to hear that, but glad your alright, though obviously shaken up. Take the evening to just relax (beer helps) and take another look at your car in the morning and decide where to go from there.

 

mod insurance?? iono.. actually i cant afford an evo..thats why i have an es..i want an evo..but im good with my 04 es...i love my car..i just cant believe the day would come that its my r=turn to post an "i crashed my car" thread..its depressing.. i just hope its not totalled

Evo ain't the world, but I figure if you can collect some insurance from those duchebags that made you wreck, you should be able to get what you want. And like everyone said, you still have your head and are able to type to complain about it, and that's saying something. Your boy was watching over you and the Lancer CAN be replaced.

Yo brah, I'm glad you aight, I don't think I'd be able to make another friend like you. And yea, it sucks when you wreck man, but trust me, when you get her back, you won't know the difference... and look at it this way should only take you half the time to do the stuff you did before.

And it could have been worse! I'm just glad you're ok... and you'll get your moneys worth, heck you might even be able to upgrade to an RA 5-speed Good Luck and keep me posted.

 

I went under a truck with my RA. It was almost all cosmetic. Go to the thread below. I just waxed my car. No one can tell by looking at my car that it was ever wrecked. I found a good body shop and had the insurance pay top dollar. If I'm going to pay $400 a month for insurance, I'm going to get my money's worth.
