Accelerator pedal position sensor..for those who didnt know. I have 4900 miles on my '04 ralliart and this sensor has already gone bad. so far, according to mitsubishi, mine is the fifth to do this. When this goes bad you lose all power and a 3k rev limiter kicks in. I had this happen 3 times to me, 2 times while cruising at 25-35 mph and once on the highway at 60. it took three times for them to figure it out due to the ses light resetting and the problem going away within 24 hours, the 3rd time i was within 2 miles of the dealership and they pulled the code. This is just a heads up in case it happens to you guys.

Yeah, that would suck for me. That's the only pedal I know how to use.

 

That would truly suck. Most (>90%) of my driving is on the Interstate.
