Dealers actualy dont pay for warranty issues, just do all the paperwork, but it has to be authorized by MMC.

Have you tried getting a second opinion from another dealer on some of the stuff, sometimes that makes all the difference.

Hmm, maybe mine does pull to the left... I always thought it was the slant of the highway. My friend's old car pulls the OTHER way though, so maybe I should get them to take a look when it's in for new oil.

Parts are paid for but don't they (Mitsu Corp) only pay a cut rate figure for hourly labor charges for the repairs though? It would be a "cost" to the dealer in that case.

I had the problem of my car pulling to the left, they also didn't believe me and told me to get it checked somewhere for free and bring it back. I did and brought it back, it took them three days to get it right, but they did give me a loaner. You need to go back for this, it is covered for 12,000 miles just like a clutch is. They can't sell you a new car that's not 100% when you take it off the lot. Don't let them push you around.

Get your struts checked at your dealership. If they're making noise then they're probably leaking and they'll be replaced.

i have that same prob, alot of us do, I thought it had something to do with the rear pad, but I dont know. It gets louder when I turn my car when I am backing up. It is so annoying. I cant see how it could be the rear pad( I WAS going to change them to see if that would fix it) because I usually use my ebrake when I back up (so it doesnt squeal) I dont know and cant figure it out. I have been to 2 dealers and they dont know / dont care. All I know it is from the rear of the car passenger side only and loud as hell. Sometimes it does it when it wet, but then it does it when its 80 degrees. Usually it does it in the morning but if I have been sitting at one place for a while it will do it too.

If anyone has figured out what this is and how to fix it that would be great. Sorry I got off topic.
