Rear Strut Bar or Sway bar?
The sway bar is actually PART of the suspension and does work against the moving parts of the suspension. The other things (strut bar/tie bar) do not act on the suspension, they just stiffen up the mounting points on the chassis where the suspension mounts (so some improvement, but not near what the sway bar will do). The internet is loaded with info about sway bars.
