how do you clean the air filter. do you just wash it with water and soap or should you actually buy some air filter cleaner from like aem?

 

If its the paper filter you don't clean them, you replace them. If its a Injen/AEM/K&N then you have to get a kit sold by K&N which will clean and re-oil the filter.

If you have a HKS one, I believe they are washable. Don't quote me though

i don't think that would even help... heck it could me 1024x768 and wouldn't be used any more than current.
