Anybody install interior lighting?

Anybody have anything like this?http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Car-L...QQcmdZViewItem

I want more light in the car and want to know if anyone has anykind of underseat neons. Bring on the rice remarks if you must, I kinda think they look cool. I need to know from anybodiys experience if they help, end up looking cheesy, whatever. Any alternatives? I can never find things in the car at night especially on the floor. I had all my change counted out at a toll booth then dropped it- couldn't find 1/2 of it. If they (underseat neons) do look bad I do not want them but what are you guys doing if anything?

i have underseat neons... Red ones to match the guage color. No one around my area calls it rice because it looks real nice at night. I just stuck one under the front seat above the lever you pull to move the seats front and back, and if you angle the light right you can get it so shine in the back as well. But the only thing i did was i hardwired it to the battery, then ran a cable through the firewall and put a small on/off button switch in the fold out compartment to the left of the steering wheel...

I thought it would look cool. How bright is it? I mean, is it distracting to run them while driving? I found a cool little toggle switch on ebay for like $7 I plan on using if I do this.

I just used 4 HyperLeds for the front and 2 x 18LED Bars for the rear... the bars were like 14 CDN the 4 hyperleds were like 10$ or so... use the single leds if you don't want them as bright

I have LED's under the dash and front seats. I installed a switch that I bought from radio shack on the left side of the steering column next in the empty slot next to the dash light switch. The switch only cost a couple bucks. As far as beig a distraction goes I don't think it is at all. I drive with them on at night all the time. They aren't super bright. You cant see them from outside the car unless you are standing next to the car and looking in. I think it is a very nice accent to the interior at night.

i wish i had my car to even take the pictures. But just remember if you're wiring them up to under the seat, don't run the cable near the sliding brackets otherwise you'll get the wire caught when you move the seat to and fro.

I thought about wiring in really bright white ones to come on when i opened the doors and when I unlock my car with the remote. I love the nice cars that are super bright inside when you turn on all the lights. The red is a nice touch too though. My gauges and everything are red.

i have blue neons under the dash in the footwells on both sides. i've not heard a negative comment to date, everyone seems to think they look nice.

i think there's a pic in my gallery (link in my signature) somewhere, if not i can find one somewhere, i know i took one.
