I think the 100% trnasparent hoods are tight, but I don' think it would look good on a RA.

No hood in Texas wouldn't be much of an issue right now as far as rain! Just watch out for fires and embers getting sucked in.

yeah my deer leas cought on fire down in one of the bottoms. we didn't mind we were planning on clearing brushg later this month anyway. saved me from having to rent a dozer

I know its kind of unrelated, but I found out that WRX's and STi's run faster in the rain because of the top mounted intercooler. Rain makes it run super cool which results in more power.

Red dragon... you left the rain gaurd off in the rain???... how long?? did you notice any rust on your engine at all??? and are you worrid at all bout the intake sucking water and screwing the motor up?

onlything that has rusted on my car are a couple of bolts or nuts (like exhaust manifold nuts) everything else seems ok.

The only thing I can see rusting is the header. If you drive it daily, and park it covered, I would think any moisture would evaporate out anyway.
