Accolade Sports

Im writing this thread because it has been over 3 months since I ordered a throttlebody gasket from accolade. I always get well it takes time, it takes time, but without updating me and keeping the customer informed, i think thats horrible customer service. Dave you were a straight shooter and if i am making you mad then you know how i feel at this particular time. You said it would take me a couple of weeks which is now months. i emailed you and you did not reply to me although you were on yesterday. Dave@Accolade

lol.. you guys still haven't learned about ordering things from Accolade yet?

Thats actually pretty typical. I suggest next time doing forum searches to see what kind of customer service vendors provide.

Emailed them twice about getting the RPW short shifter with no reply. I really think it'd be in RPW's best interest to work with a distributor that seems more interested in getting their products here.

Its not in stock here , we will issue you a refund. I dont think I should have taken your order without a better ETA, so for this I apologize.. I did tell you within reason when it would be ready but unfortunately I was under the wrong impression on what was to be recieved on our last consignment.

I do know however that RPW has finished the part and they are now stocked with it, and can easily drop ship the package from Australia more quickly and in a timely manner via postal, I would give them a try and not hold anything against them for our shortcomings in organizing it..

Agreed, I proposed to David@RPW for him and his firm to take a more direct and active approach to sales and marketing, as we are not fully versed on the RPW line up, we would much rather drop ship all items on their behalf, this way we would be stocked with everything before hand instead of placing the orders and waiting for the RPW parts to come to us or drop shipped from Australia. Some parts we have stocked, other parts are special order.

Sorry I may have missed your email saving it for discussion in depth with RPW on a later date, that is not a product which we advertise on our site or offer, we sell RPW but we are not RPW.

I tried ordering one of the eyelids they had in the classifieds that were prepainted. took over a week to tell me that he didnt think he had anymore in stock and said he'd check and let me no tomorow. its been over a week since that email with no word yet.

But it's okay the money went to a piggyback ecu anyway.
