my boss is actually upgrading his tc has the next mod to his track truck (dakota R/T) and thinks its going to make a big difference because he'll be coming off the line at 3500rpms instead of 2600, which makes him launch alot higher in his power curve. for us you could launch alot closer to MIVEC.

but that only will matter if you can get the power to the ground. If you guys are talking about an upgrade on a stock RA then you are gonna put your money on this mod way too early. just my opinion.

on the other hand, this has post some great information in it. I had no idea how you could upgrade a stock auto tranny before, and now I do.

i also don't know about the cost on this. it might be alot more beneficial to put this money into more mods that up the high end power before you worry about launching in the higher rpms.

and i think the other thing to think about is if you are suddenly launching 1000+ roms over stock you better not be wearing stock rubbers. def. need to upgrade those first at the very least.

and also i don't know if the rest of the tranny can take the extra stress, i think it's no problem when you're talkin 200whp or less.
