Bad RRM service, Am I the Only One???
I ordered the pulley a while back and they forgot to put the belt in the box. I was so disappointed because I was counting down the days for it's arrival. When I called them, they were cool enough to credit my account for the price of the belt and I picked it up that very day at Autozone.
Everyone makes mistakes, but the most important thing is how someone tries to correct it for you!

Sounds like a mistake and they're trying to take care of it. You need to call them to sort out the shipping issue. As we say with all vendor problems, you need to work it out with the vendor, not the forums.
