Bad RRM service, Am I the Only One???

Heres the story,
As most of you guys know i asked about clutch installs and what clutch to get, So i finally went with a stage 1 clutch from RRM. I was really excited to get the clutch, i even ordered the c/f eyelids. After i got the package, 2 days later i got a call saying they sent me the wrong clutch. I looked at the clutch and it said OZ. I was pretty bumbed, coz i had a buddy that was going to put it in for free, coz he was visiting. SO i had to send it back, now i have to pay out the a$$ for some one to do this for me.I also noticed, it cost them $30 dollars for them to ship my eyelids and clutch, and only cost me $15 dollars to ship both items, in the same package back to them, Its been over a week and a half and i still dont have my clutch nor my eyelids. Just wanted to know if any one had this kind of service, and if so, what should i do. Let me know your ideas..

you're blaming road race for the fact that you now have to pay someone to do your clutch? **** happens man. they said, our bad and they're sending you the right clutch. quit whining.

You know what could of been worse - if your mate had come on over pulled the car to bits taken the old clutch out gone and tried to fit up the new clutch only to find it was not the right one then had to refit everything back in again... that would of been a worse thing to of happened - 6hours of crawling under a car for nothing, a wasted day....

Never know maybe when you get the clutch sent to you your mate will be able to have time again to help fit it up -

The glass is always half full attitude should always be adopted when it comes to modifying cars.

I would say they did you a favor, now instead of your friend doing it for free, you can get your hands dirty and do it yourself, for free!

everyone makes mistakes, and its really not bad service. Atleast they did contact you saying it was the wrong clutch. Dont worry, youll get your clutch and RRM will make good.

i've only had good things happen from road race. When I ordered my air filter they were out of the ones they use so they sent a nice K&N, My brothers suspension, strut bar, clutch, lines, turbo, ect. all came great and quick. They work hard to keep everybody satisfied. Sometimes mistakes happen. I'm sure the 2 clutches look nearly identicle.
