Those who have guages

As the title states, i'm looking into getting some guages for my car. I definitely want Oil pressure, and i have another choice but i'm not sure what to get... My car is going to remain N/A so keep that in mind.

Also how hard was it to wire up guages for you guys who have done it? How'd you go about doing it etc? Also for the oil pressure, do i need any adapters or anything.

I'm on a low budget, but kinda want a dark faced guage with red LED/lighting to match the dash. I know autometer makes some but are there any other ones that might be a bit cheaper?

Thanks a lot guys

i've got an 05 RA that i also plan to keep more or less stock (at least until the warranty gets closer to the end).

i just bought a dual pod and 2 Megan Racing gauges. I like the bright red/white look to them. One was Volt and the other was Air/Fuel. I might add an oil pressure later on.

ebay for the gauges, local shop (believe it or not) was cheaper on the gauge pod.

If you're staying NA, you'll want EGT and oil pressure to start. Get an oil pressure gauge with an electric sender, you may need an adapter.

Defi makes some sweet dark faced gauges that light up red when powered up. 3 minute record/playback. They're not even close to cheap, though.

the most complicated setup in mine is the sound system, hence the voltmeter + ground wires + cap + charging system.

the megan gauges i got for a good price.... 40 bucks US brand new.

Anyone suggest any gauge companies other than the crazy expensive ones that sell black faced-gauges with red/amber lighting...

52mm = 2-1/16"

Darn close, anyway. 2.0472" versus 2.0625"
