go under the car... take off the splash guards

You'll see your foglights assy, take a screwdriver and they re 2 or 3 screws on each side... take the bulb out and replace it, don't touch it with your bare hands tho...

And if you search a little, there s one thread with pictures and everything......

But it s easy... now jack the car, put candelars, and have fun !!!

I did a search with no-such-luck...
Do you know of an easy way to take the splash guards off? From what it looks like I just need a flat head but I am not to certain.

Funny you ask, sp0rk and I just did this over the weekend. As mentioned above, the easiest way is to jack the car up and remove the splash guards under each bulb. As you mentioned, just use a small flat-head screw driver to pop the middle of each rivet and then pull them out.

When you can see the bottom of each fog assembly, there will be 3 screws. Remove all 3 and pull the cover off. Now you'll see a metal clip that holds the bulb in. Take the clip off and the bulb will come right. Now just remove the connector and put in the new bulb in reverse order.

might help to take a picture of the clip. It was a royal pain in the butt to get that back in on the first one. Also the screws strip VERY easy. Make sure you have the exact right size screw driver

An Easier Way

Once you get the splashguards off, it may be worth your while to just remove the entire foglight --- yes, the whole thing with the lens and all. From the front of the car, there are two screws. The bottom screw holds the light in place, and once this is off, the assembly is just forked into the outer side. Think of this as a door hinge, and you simply "open" the door. You will see what I mean. To me, this is a lot easier than picking those three freaking screws from underneath the car.

This is the same light from a 2g Eclipse and a 2nd-3rd gen 3000GT.
