Removing radiator

Installing headers, can't remove that damn clip/plug that keeps the wires together on the radiator..

One of those plugs where you have to squeeze to get out..

Any tips?

Heat the bolts up a bit with a propane or MAPP torch. Just shy of glowing dull red is a good starting point.

don't use WD-40, go to the store and find Kroil or Liquid Wrench. You need a penatrating lube. I'd hold off on using an extension on your wrench. If they are rusted and you torque them to much they will snap. Then you will have a bigger problem on your hands. Heat them, and give them a little tap with a hammer. Not too hard cuz if you warp your threads you'll have another big problem.

Yeah I just need to make it loose.

Did anyone remove bolts from the engine down or from the stock piping then make their way up to the header?

You should not be having too much trouble because your car is almost new... but I did notice on a lot of the bolts on my car had a small amount of Locktite glue on them - so make sure you are using a quality socket so you don't round off the head on the bolts also you could give the head of bolt a small tap and see if it helps to loosen - but other than that elbow grease works very well... you are turning it the right way ?
