Just remember that not all mods will give you hp - some mods are designed to give you torque and others are what some would call as supporting mods for other mods to create more hp & torque
To start off with get the cat back exhaust you will get slightly more noise depending on sizing of pipe and you will get slightly more hp but your torque may drop off depending on design of muffler
The next step after you have the catback is to look at headers this will give you an increase in both hp and torque

There you go. Honesly we do not want to make claims like others do of high gains than are realistic. Header and catback are both good mods especially if you plan to stay N/A.

also keep in mind if you do a cat-back exhaust you won;t be getting the most out of it without doing the header/DP combo. or at the very lest a high flow cat.
the cat back opens up the end of the exhaust system and gives you alot better airflow. to get more out of this you should open up the other half of your exhaust to. (if you plan to go turbo then skip it though b/c the header/DP gets replaced)
