Anti lock light
Anti lock light
So over the weekend (nice 4" of snow) I was doing some Ebraking and noticed that when i would pull the Ebrake shortly after i started my car the Anti Lock light would come on. The only way to get it shut off was to restart the car.
Is this bad at all or just and ECU fluke since the Ebrake was getting more use?

You may have screwed up a sensor, or perhaps the ECu is a little confused. you can always do what i have seen others do when they are going out for some fun on the ice, remove the fuse for your ABS and put it back when you are done.
The ABS system doesn't like it when you use the e-brake to lock up the rear wheels and slide. Its whole purpose is to keep the wheels from locking up, so it thinks there's something wrong when it senses that a wheel isn't moving but the car still is.
It turns on the ABS light to tell you there's something wrong, and then it goes back out when you turn the car off and back on, letting it go through its self-test.
In other words, what it's doing is completely normal and caused by what you're doing.

Yep, it's happened to me before.
