Front right clicks

The clicks only happen when backing up, turning the wheel left and stopping, ie backing out of a parking spot. (noise occurs when brakes are applied) It started happening after i had a front end alignment and brake service from Mitsu. Noise was not present before. Any ideas? Thanks

Take it back to Mitsu... tell them it's making noise. This is since the brake job was done right..Something is incorrect or rubbing like a heat shield .

There's a chance they didn't install or replace the anti-rattle clip things.
