Weird clicking noise... :/

Ok, say I am stopped at a light or something... I accelerate, and as soon as I let off the gas, this clicking noise starts from the front of my car, I can feel it in like my feet. The clicking is also faster or slower depending on if I am going faster or slower. So I have a feeling it is something maybe in the tires, wheels or front suspension or something. Also, when I am pressing the gas or brake, it doesn't do it. Also, if I am just going and not pressing gas or brake and it is making the noise, if I turn the steering wheel right it stops, turning it left doesn't do anything though, it still happens. Just turning it right makes it stop.

It's not like super loud, but you don't have to listen closely to hear it...

Any ideas?

I'd definitely check out the tires to see if you have a screw or nail in one of them.

Check your CV boots - it's possible one of them sprung a leak and the CV will need to be replaced. That would explain why sometimes the noise goes away when turning in a particular direction too.

The vibrations at speed are 11 times out of 10 a wheel balance problem.
