I dunno If its a big deal?

Well sometimes, well mostly of the time when I put my keys in the ignition and turned the key I guess to ON where the radio plays and everything works it does this TIK TIK TIK and stops.. WTF! you can her it, it comes from the engine

It's normal, though I don't actually know what it is. I figured it was the injectors priming or something like that.

i get that also moslty when i put it on the ON position and the engine is cold but ive been wondering what it is also

The same thing happens to my car when u turn it to the ON position but not jsut the accesory position. However im pretty sure it started when i got my alarm/remote starter installed.

Can't be DRLs, since most Ralliarts don't have DRLs, yet they all do this. I still think it's the fuel injectors.

most of the time it's the fuel pump and injectors.

I always thought it was the ABS system calibrating itself or something. Injectors makes more sense though. The reason I thought it was ABS is this is the first car I have had with ABS, but not the first I have had with injectors. All my other cars made a humming noise(fuel pump) when you turn the key to ON. I had one car that you had to wait until the car was done checking itself out/pressurizing or it wouldn't start at all.

Otter's right, it's the fuel injectors. Listen under the hood of any fuel injected car BEFORE they turn the key the first time as it will not allways prime (not sure how it knows how much priming it needs, it just does) on subsequent turns unless you wait a little bit before turning again. It's the fuel injected version of pumping the pedal a little on a carb motor.
