UD Pulley or Exhaust?

I went down this road: CAI > Pulley > Header/Downpipe + HFC > Cat-Back Exhaust.
For peformance, yes the UDP is best bang for your buck. For peformance later on (and even the word peformance wouldn't be the best thing to say for a CBE on our car depending if you have turbo or not and now I'm just dribbling s**t) but yeah, exhaust.
