Otter has it, i have it at home but i won't be home till late. Basically its 3 small philips screws that around abotu an inch and a half long on the underside of the assembly. Un-screw those, take the plate their holding off (the plate will hang as it it attached to the assembly because it holds the wire that the bulb attaches to). Undo the metal spring active device holding the fog light in place and carefully pull it out. When installing becareful with putting the bulb in, it takes a couple of times to figure out how to get the bulb in, so look at it and note its positioning before you remove it. That or practice with the old one. Also the connector for the wiring is a pain to click back together thanks to that rubber umbrella protecting the metal from water. Seat the light bulb in place, push the spring-loaded device (honestly don't know what to call it) back in place and make sure the wire isn't sticking out when you're putting the cover to the assembly back on. Be careful as not to strip the screws at you put them back in, or loose them.

I hope that helps.. i'm sure the spec will be posted by tonight if not i'll toss one up.

+1 on the screws. Be careful with the screws because they strip pretty easy.

get stainless steel , because regular will just rust out and you'll be back where you started...

Those screws absolutely sucked! I striped them and I was using a screw driver that was exactly the right size. Try and find replacements.
