have you guys tried to get your RA into Modified Mag? because i think that someone should really try hard to get a spot in there soo we can really show people what we got. just a thought...

 

i think its better that people dont know much about our cars, it keeps em rare compared to evos.

I'm 1 of 2 modified RA's in boston to my knowledge, its a nice surprise on the streets when people pull up next to me or try to cut me off...

 

see im actually diff i think someone should try to get in a mag cause its diff everybody goes for those darn civics and those stupid a$$ Scion TC's(hate this freakin car) but everybody underestimates our cars and it sucks so we should show people what our car can do u kno what i mean

 

i feel that we should keep our rides on the DL, because we have something great and we dont want it to be over done like the civic...if you wanna show people what our car can do then show it to them on the track

They were actually suppose to do a shoot and article for a import magazine (not for sure which one though). Rob made a thread about it last year, but only there 12sec OZ made a magazine, never heard or seen there shop ralliart yet.

 

I'm on the DL side I mean most people think I have an oz and don't even know what an RA is, which is nice, I have people that don't even have a clue of what kind of motor is in the car and there aren't many RAs in my city I like it like that.

 

Theres always going to be opposite ends to this issue
both have there points. I WOULD like to see our RA in the mags for more aftermarket support, i feel like they neglect us and pay more attention to that damn TC *if you have one NiCE! but IMO **** it* On the other hand keepin it DL and WOWinG the crap out of ppl is a really good feeling. But I guess im more on the DL side after seeing the progress other RA owners have had.

Btw the RA was in PERFORMANCE AUTO&SOUND MAG not too long ago
specificly a white turbo'd one with gold rims *im sure you've seen it b4*
and another black one i believe, but the article is so small I cant find it anymore haha. Also there was a RA advertisment once in one of the mags i was happy when i saw it but now they have the mazda 3 speed one everywhere. damn mazda 3s are cheating!! lol

 

i like being on the BL and having people always wondering what my car is but ive always been curious as to wonder what kind of aftermarket possibilities it would open up for us...im not knocking on RRM or anything *LOVE YOU GUYS* but i just wonder how much more would become available to us...soo im on the fence with this topic, i wanted to see what others thought

 

im mostly talkin about aftermarket support we need some more of that yea RRM is great but thats 1 of 2 companys that make stuff for our car well now with the new eclipse having the 4G there might be more aftermarket support u kno

 

pretty much I think if we got the name out earlier we probly would have many more companies making things but since its almost time for the new lancers they probly wont do much now
