Sport Seats
What do you guys use for sport seats? Sparco? MOMO?
Whats the best? I found these: http://www.imotorgear.com/dept.asp?s...dept%5Fid=2505 xForce? anyone heard of them?
Also, it says the CF seats are 350 while the Fiber Glass are only 200. Whats the biggest advantage of CF in Sport seats? Light Weight? Form to your *** better?

Do not buy cheap seats, they are a potential liability in an accident. There is a reason why Sparco, Bride and Recaro seats are expensive and it's called testing. I would recommend getting a set of Recaros out of an evo, they have great support and are an easy install.
well it depends on how much coin you want to spend and what is the purpose you are buying one. My advice is to get a Bride seat. I would never go back to another seat ever again. I love the seats! The Recaros out of the evo are alright but I like thigh support that a Bride Brix seat gives me. Go Bride or nothing at all, but that is my .02
i found a set of Sparco seats that i love...http://www.sparcousa.com/pseats_street.asp?id=198
Cheap seats my be just as comfortable and hold as well as their aftermarket counterparts. The biggest problem is the impact of a crash can buckle cheap seats alot easier the the expensive ones potentially increasing injury. Of course if you don't mind that go ahead and get them.

if you are thinking about getting harnesses too, which I assume you are, I would highly suggest you get a harness bar. If you bolt the harnesses to the floor behind the seat, they can cause spine compression in an accident. I believe the angle of the harness should be no more than 30 degrees from seat to mount point. Also get a 5 or 6 point. A 4 point harness will ride up into your stomach in an accident. A 5 or 6 point will stay across your hips.

the regular belt will work as long as it is secured tightly across your hips. If the sides of the seat are high and it cannot make contact across your hip then it can be potentially dangerous.
