buy my car.. haha

JK Get another RA, honestly I've been driving a Galant VR4 around on weekends and it just isn't the same as the RA... I mean i punch the gas and it takes a bit for the turbo to kick in, but with the RA.. man its got a good balance of power and handling with minimal mods. Its not the fastest, but for me its perfect. I'm no pro driver, or a big time track-head so for daily driving and spirited driving its perfect for me.

Find a car you feel good in, I chose the RA over a WRX which people are saying is a bad mistake, but i didn't like the feel of the subies. Though they're nice, RA was more me...?

Good luck, also point out that previous thread you made, I am interested in seeing what failed, i've cracked a bunch of control arms, and bent 2 already, but nothing to cause an accident. I caught them in time.

o .

are tt's any good? i found a nice one. low miles and cheap.

and found a nice looking wrx.

only prob with these two is that there like 400 miles away. but i do like both of these cars so i wouldnt mind making the trip after alot more info and detailed pics.

the tt also has all custom leather seats and looks very nice but does "have a 2" rip in one of the seats and never fixed it due to the high cost it would be". but thats fixable so watever

Im sure the TT's handle pretty well but Im not sure on straight away power. You could always get a cheap ralliart and turbo it lol.... What kind of TT is it? http://www.edmunds.com/audi/tt/review.html I dont know the year but that should help you out.. select the year on the left

I would strongly suggest that you, or your insurance company, contact your regional Mitsu rep and clue them in to what happened. They need to know about it every time this happens so they can figure out if a recall or TSB is needed or not.

I love the older WRX's, they still look awesome, perform well with the AWD and sound sooooo good. Only hitch with Subaru is backwards it kinda spells "U R A BUS"
which doesn't sound good for something sporty :P
My brother has had 2 of them over the years and they were just amazing, especially the '04 STi... but now he's gone all family man he got the Liberty Wagon.
I figure by the time I have another kid I'll get the Outlander V6 or something, I've seen them done up so well.

=totaled

now ive been trying to find a new car.

oh yea, im geting around $11400 give or take a few $. did u know they subtract like 450$ if its a manual? thats the most ridiculous thing i have ever heard.

but any ways

found about 4 very nice gti's in the 9k-12k range and called up on them and they were all sold.

but first of coarse i looked up another ra and found one with 52K miles ssame year as mine in the i think thunder gray color (its the real dark grey, charcoal, almost black) and im thinking about this one. i just dont like how i got mine for 10500 with a hair under 3k miles. and this would be good cause then i can take out my pully and intake, throw those on, then throw on the exhaust in my garage. that will save me a whole lot of time and money.

i also found 2, especially 1, very nice se-r spec-v's for pretty darn cheap.

you guys got any other suggestions? i want to spend AT MOST $12,000.

and an es or oz rally just ain't going to cut it for me. (lancer wise)
damn, sorry to hear that, i wouldnt know what to do if i lost my RA.

I would say go for a used wrx, the subaru's are a nice ride. Or look into late 80's or early 90's rx-7... Fun cars!!! Well whatever you end up getting, good luck

Raced a friend today in a 1yr old GTI 2.0t with the automatic fancy transmission. I should have beat him on a launch, but this thing has the dual-clutch autolaunch system and he nosed me out every time. i was impressed. Since its a 6speed, it also killed me between the 4th/5th gear switch and pulled hard on me til well into 5th gear.

he got the car with fairly high miles last week for about 18k. i was impressed, but i haven't seen the new CVT lancers yet might want to look into both
