heh... All they have to do is look at his age on his license and know what happened. YES ... I am discriminating using age... get over it.

actually about 1 1/2 months ago i got hit by a drunk driver in my old 03 oz rally, long story short, he crossed 3 lanes over in an 02 tarus, hit me head on both of us going about 40-45 in opposite directions, and that lancer took the hit very well for how small it was, me and my best friend walked away from the collision (after having the kick the bent doors open =/ ) but the jerk guy that hit me was so wasted he didnt even know what happened.

basically i know how frustrating it is to deal with retarded people that hit you, luckily for me, my guy got arrested for dwi on scene, i got an 04 RA as my replacement and im waiting to here from the insurance to see how much pain and suffering i should get compensated for, my friend who works in insurance said since i tore a muscle in my neck, i should get 20-25k for it. can anyone say hello rrm turbo kit?!

yeah getting hit sucks, but good things can happen after the dust settles, just make sure the old guy takes the blame for backing into you.
you can see in this 1st pic how far backwards onto the sidewalk my car was pushed directly after impact

well i called my insurance this morning and they said that they havent come to a decision yet which worries me b/c that usually means that their probably gonna say that we were both at fault when the old man was clearly in the wrong. i really dont want to have to pursue this any further but if thats the outcome i will.

yeah the dude that hit me didnt have a seat belt on so his head went into his windshield and he was bleeding pretty bad, but he was so wasted he refused ems when they got there.

my advice, if the insurance starts to blame you, take it to court, im sure there was someone there who witnessed you honking and such to prevent him from hitting you

yeah nobody walked up to see if anyone was ok, around here ppl just act like nothing happens even when its right in front of them. i probably scared any potential witnesses away when i jumped out of my car and started screaming and cussing.

Just break his hip. Most of them at that age usually dies within 3-5 year after a broken hip.

i can't stand bad drivers and my road rage continues to grow....today for the first time i was just about to stop on the street and get of my car to talk to the idiot behind me and give them a little education. i know how much it would suck to have to retake a drivers test eveery few years but seriouly there are alot of people out there that need it and if i have to retake a drivers test along with everyone else so that there are fewer retards out there than i definately think its worth it.
its so sad how sometimes you can just look at a person and tell they are bad drivers cause it looks like they are soared to do anything and they just don't think right

example of an idiot driver guy i work with had no idea what his high beams were for and almost got killed by a semi driver that was pissed off by his stupidity

thats true, and i hate to say it, i know there are some really good ones, but on average women drivers aren't the best drivers in the world, and 9/10 times its women or guy on a cell phone, or the worst case, a women on a cell phone that does something stupid and almost hits me or the cars around me because of ignorance.

it gets to the point of im able to tell that its a women on a cell phone before i even get to see th driver, and im sorry to say, but im usually right.

people need to be able to be fined for stupidity on the road, mostly because it puts other people in danger
