suckage about all the hurtin RA's out there, heres what happened to mine. went partying in a local city, i was prity much O.D'd considering i barely remember anything and i was puking lots. anyway my brother was DD, the other passenger told him to take a turn so i could get some air, and of corse he didnt wait to slow down before turning and ended up in the ditch hitting some rocks and a colvert. front bumper, lip, fog lights, rad, tranny, and some other stuff will have to be replaced, i just hope to god my insurance covers it.

you're not gonna get as much since it will have a rebuilt title to it, you should price out which will get you more money, parting out or just selling it

here's the update; after the insurance was finished fighting themselves internally(we both had the same insurance )they finally desided that the old fart was at fault and i can now get the door fixed so i dont have to look at that damn dent every morning when i walk out to my car. im so glad that my insurance had enough sense to see this in my favor (but insurance companies still suck ).

Grats man. Something I'm slowly learning... is even if you know you aren't at fault. Still try and do everything you can to stop the wreck in the first place... maybe a little honk next time? I just watched my gf back into a honda the other day in her OZ (i was in my RA), and instead of honking I was thinking she knew the car was there. She hit it. What'd she say? "Well at least I hit a honda". I love my girlfriend :-p
