If someone's brave then it's worth a try. DRLs won't ever get banned, though, and that site makes very weak arguments.

there a pain because as soon as i start my car there on. its like i cant ever turn my lights off. ill look on some other forums and if i find anything i let you know.

they wont be banned because they are seen as an extra passive safety measure. The drawbacks will never exceed the safety benefits no matter how incredibly annoying they are.

if the DRLs dont come on until you let the e-brake all the way down, is there anything i can do with the sensor that tells the DRLs to come on? i dont know much about electical.
