ok so i was in the parking lot of M&T bank yesterday around 3:40pm i stoped to look at the time on the door to see what time the walk in part of the bank closed and the next thing i know BAM! my passenger side courter panel gets smashed and my bumper knocked down paint is screwed all this damage by a 07 nissan frontier he had no damage what so ever besides my black paint on his chrome bumper he tried to run so i pulled in front of him and jumped out of my car and he tried to lie and say he dident hit me at all and my wheel lifted off the ground i was like you deffiently hit me man long story short im getting the dmaged fixed for $500 bucks and hello to a new carbon fiber hood so il have pics of the damage soon! and pics with the new hood .

It really annoys me that people cannot even fess up to the fact that they are crap drivers.

Newsflash, its an SUV, you shoulda bought something that doesn't look retarded, then you could control it. Take it to a shop where you know someone and take the liar for a ride and all he's worth.

 

youd be surprised that its more then 500 dollars in damage. but unfortunately youll find it even harder to scam him. a lotta shops are being watched by insurance companys much closer. good luck. atleast thats how it is in ny

the damage is over $1800 but im getting it painted and all from a good shop near my house im real good friends witht he owners.

 

yeah paint gets up there...
still, if it was an 88 Tercel wagon i would give the driver more respect.
