wanted to install my rrm DP but my bolts after my cat are completly rusted out...I already started rounding them a bit. What is the easiest/best way to remove them?

Cut them with a grinder.

you just cut the nut or the entire stud?

+1 i just installed a header dp combo i cut the oem stud right off, i mean its not like your going to use it again, just pick up some new bolts and washers and ur set

just try not to butcher the flange

The way I got mine off was by using PB blaster (a spray on rust remover)... I sprayed it around 4 times... Between each application, I used a 2ft metal pipe around my socket wrench with my back to a wall pressing with my feet. After about a half a day of soaking they came loose with all the force I could muster.

Easier to just cut them...
