6 Speed maybe could I?

Umm.I'm a noob.And I wanna know.Is it possible to plop a 6spd from an evo8 into my 05 RA?or would that freak out the ecu?and not bolt up?i ask cause if we run evo 5spd,why not 6?Mr.Otter,sir,I have read the entire newb thread and I think you know the answer!Also do you run a piggyback ecu with a turbo?Or would that be bad....

No you can't. If I remember correctly, that's because the Evo tranny is AWD while our car is FWD.

it will work
but u will need 6spd evo9 tranny + Evo9 Transfer Case (with custom work) + front Driveshaft Axles
i think its a waste of money
unless u got these parts 4 good price

Just open the stock tranny and change the 5th gear...

wouldn't swapping the gear gimme lotta bog goin from 4th then?would i even fit in 5spd housing?
