I couldn't believe it myself.
I let the JB weld cure for 2 days. It started leaking on the bottom side. I could literally chip it off with my fingernail. I took the part to a machine shop to be welded. Turns out the guy couldn't do it without damaging the part. When i showed up he suggested a sealant to use an i asked him if i could use his tools to get the plate off so that i could try to seal it again. I threw it in a vice an the bolts came loose easily an the plate came off with a flick of a wrist. I thought this stuff was suppose to bond like a weld.... i guess i was wrong. Either the stuff is crap or brake fluid eats it up. Either way im back to square one

Way back when I had my Ralliart (have had 2 evos since then) and went through 3 master cylinders and 1 slave cylinder. Around 48K I had my clutch replaced and they found a small leak on the slave cylinder so they replaced that. About 3 months after getting the clutch replaced the master cylinder went so I went to Bill P. (spins4 when he worked as the parts manager) to get a replacement. After replacing it and bleeding it for about an hour it looked fine and ran fine. about 4K later it started to leak again (blew out the seal) and Bill warrantied it without question, he went as far as sending the old ones I had replaced back (I kept one of them and still have it if anyone you want to tool around with it geardownson..)...

This time around I made sure to bleed the master cylinder first, then the slave, then the master again. Since then I haven't had anymore problems but I had the tranny rebuilt at 64K then again at 65K (don't ask.. bad rebuild the first time) then I swapped up to an evo.

It helps to have a LONG STRAIGHT 10mm wrench to bleed the master cylinder btw... Also since you're having a lot of issues, I would bleed it all, drive it then go ahead and bleed it again. Maybe it'll help get any bubbles out.

On a side note my tally goes as follows:
3x master cylinders
5x fan controllers
2x slave cylinders
1.5x transmission rebuilds
3x rear control/trailing arms...

Most of which was replaced under warranty but still jeezeee mitsu..
