Alright today i went to visit my friend at his new job. Greatneck Mitsubishi. When i got there they had a brand new Ralliart in the back. I got to check it out. Here are my observations:

Pictures do not give the car justice. It looks very nice especially with blacked out headlights. IMO it looks a lot more aggressive than the OZ. 16" wheels look nice, and fits the car perfectly. It came with new interior pieces as well, the dash trim feels something like rubber and has a CF pattern to it (Similar to the Evo). Seats are alot better than the oz's. Its more of a bucket seat, with red and black stitching. Everything was nice and clean. Opening the hood i saw a nice bright red strutbar that looks pretty strong. Sound system wasn't bad either.

Theres more but im just so mad that i got an oz and a year later Theres a better model out there. ill probably check it out again, maybe this time ill drive it.

To all those looking to buy a Ralliart, im jealous as hell.
Its a great car for under 20,000.

i guess im just gonna have to head up to the dealer to check it out. i think its a nice car, but the only thing im really interested in is the MIVEC.

 

Same here. But most people here have been content to judge the car on a couple small pics taken at bad angles.

 

I equate it with buying a computer. Why be upset you bought a 1.8mhz when you knew there'd be a 2.6mhz in a few months? Glad you like the car though. I still want to gouge my eyes out when I see one.

 

If you mean several dozen pics, then you can lump me in there too.

 

I've only seen like 4 of the same car before the Ralliart came. I think the size of the pics, the angles they were taken at, and the color of the car compared to the background colors are some things that lead most of the people who thinks it's ugly to do so.

 

There's an ad for the new Ralliart Sportback in the most recent issue of C&D too just FYI if you want another pic of the sportback. (It's silver)

There's a LOT of pics of this car floating around though from all different angles. In fact, I don't buy the angle thing at all, but that's just me. If you think you're just seeing it at a bad angle then just look at the 360 exterior view.

I haven't talked **** about the new Ralliart because deep down inside I thought I might end up liking it. Now I really can't wait till I see one, especially in black!!!
