So I got it....got some pics! I'll post some more when i clean it up. I had a question though....the button by the steering wheel....what's that for? The guy who i bought it from didn't know.
LOL @ Ralliart_on_LSD !!!
I have a somewhat similar button hooked to a wire harness next to my fuse box, and there's a switch taped next to it. No idea at all on what it can be... I never played with it in case it's an anti-theft or something like this.
Have you tried it?

Well I don't have a clue what that button is for, but did you get a carfax it?
First you have a custom paint job as the ralliarts never came in that color from the factory. It looks like it has an aftermarket intake but was taken out in a haste as they left the rubber mounting stud.
There's a wire coming out of the fuse box maybe that button is for the fog light mod, so the fogs turn on without the headlights having to be on... ?? Just a thought...
Take a look at all of the windows , look in the bottom right corners to find a mitsubishi symbol and # . If any are missing it it was broken and replaced with a lesser priced piece. Not really to important but it let's you know that maybe there was an accident there or a break in. Check both front and rear windsheilds as well.
Take some more pics when you get a chance , motor , interior etc... Looks good though..

the carfax was clean and sold from the dealer to the first owner as gold according to the carfax. in regards to the intake, the engine makes a swoosh when turned off....i assumed it was from the intake. I'll get some more pics soon. the window has the mitsu etchings.

So I pressed the button and nothing happened. Not sure what it's for. I haven't followed the wire yet to see where it leads.
The filter on top....is that a short ram intake? I'm pretty much a noob when it comes to cars.
As for the thing that's zip tied to the strut bar, it's just an empty coil. you can see the end hanging off in the picture. It goes across the bar and down. I'm not sure where it ends up.

The filter up front is part of your short ram intake, which looks kinda ghetto rigged with the original piping from your factory air box. Your front end looks lowered and I'm pretty sure Ralliarts never came in gold, might be different up north though. That aftermarket button by the dimmer switch may have something to do with lights, interior accent or exterior underglow et cetera... just thinking out loud.

, my current ralliart would be hers....
