New 2004 Lancer Ralliart

Gonna be getting it next week. Oil change and service and such has been done recently so I was mainly just going to clean it up a bit inside and outside. The hood has some scuff marks i wanted to polish out and such.

Eventually i'd like to look at a new front lip (it currently has some small chips out of it) and performance mods. Is there a good Canadian place to order from that has a good website? looking for things also as basic as a shift boot and things.

And what would most people check when first getting a used car?

Welcome! your going to love the ralliart. Alot of fun, and the aftermarket, yet small, is a tight family, and is growing.

Roadracemotorsports.com has a badass lip, check them out. and they also have alot of parts for ralliarts. Its what they specialize in.

i'm picking up the car on monday so i'll post some pics after

the first think besides cleaning it up was to put on a CAI....i'm not sure how much of a boost it would give though. The only mods done before was a pipe on the exhaust and a short shifter. I'll have to change the exhaust though to pass MVI out here though cause of the noise.

I bought mine a year ago, if it matters...I gave 10,000 for the one I bought. I wish I saw the rock chips/rust spots when I was at the used dealer. I would've tried knocking down the price a little haha. But they weren't that big, and only in 2 spots.

I'd check everything out. See if theirs a used EVO checklist somewhere.

When ya get it I'd make sure the maintenance was all done before ya do anything else.

Whenever I get a used car I always change out the fluids so I know there condition.

Yeah i saw the receipts for the last oil change/chassis lube, rebuilt alternator and exhaust work. the first thing i'm gonna do is just get some compound/polish and wash and clean up the exterior nice. Can't wait to post some pics.

Also looking for an owner's manual....could only find one for 200.00 online.
