"when I push in the clutch it goes away" - this is your throw out bearing. Go to the dealership or grab one online bud. They are scarce to find online, BUT, you can go to the dealer and say you need one for a performance shop. They usually help you out.

I know its the throw out bearing. This one only has around 3k on it. But it started ticking after about 200 miles. I just changed the clutch out. My previous one made noise as well.

i pushed the clutch in and it still made the noise. so i dont think its the throw out bearing. I would record it and post it but i dont have a decent enough camera to do so. If it is valve lash, how long do you think it would take to adjust them? oh and thanks for all the replies. this place is awesome!!

If its not the clutch then i would advise a valve lash adjustment. It may help. Do a little searching. There is a how to in here somewhere.
