and I really only put the 2.4 because I had never seen anyone else with it. I was thinking about removing that one though and blacking out the other that I had, that might look a little better. what do you think?

this is kindof the same question i had early on in the thread. (no sarcasm, flaming, etc. intended) the idiot that sells this says that it will fit BOTH the 2.0l and the 2.4l lancers, which is impossible.

take joshua's advice, i dont trust it either, unless you can get confirmation from the seller that it actually fits your 2.0l engine, and not our 2.4l

AND the buy it now is $39.99; that just screams "piece of ****." i dunno dude, if you can find someone with a testimonial of sorts, even for a different car, i would jump on it. you'd just be taking a big risk if you didnt.

ruining your car isn't worth 39.99 unless you want to drop 3000 into a new engine of course. check rrm and get their header . looking into getting one myself and ive only heard great things so far.

but exactly how loud are they? (did you install them with stock exhaust, etc.)

 

Wellllll....it looks like I am going to be the guinea pig here for these two items.

 

I went through the first 20 pages of reviews on that page and did a search for "lancer". there were 15 lancer guys that left positive reviews.

I did install them with stock exhaust. I actually recorded a video of it, that's how bad it sounded lol performance increase was way more than I expected though.

Yeah that does sound pretty bad. Get an exhaust and a resonator and it will clear it up a bit
