The under the hood solid bushings replace the rubber ones that connect to the transmission linkage. The solid shifter bushings replace the rubber ones at 4 points that hold the base to the chassis. I to was skeptical about the shifter bushings being that there wasn't much movement but once you swap to the solid set it is well... Solid. Lol .... There's alot of info on these, just search it up

I'm wondering what i need for the shifter base in the console? and to confirm, are the brass ones mentioned the ones i need for under the hood?

would these be good? will they fit the car? brass is the best so far from what i have read and im intrested in buying some. Also would it be good to buy the 2-pc under-hood bushings?
