Transmission Search

Hello everyone, as some of you know my tranny has been making sounds. I am on the hunt for a used tranny and must ask for help. Currently rob at rrm is on the search as well. Maybe some on here have one or know where one may be? im looking for one in the 300-400 price range. any help apreciated! thanks guys!

I have to give props to that auto parts company. We have used then for some time now and they are always good. Only issue would be shipping cost as per the weight of the trans.

i emailed them asking about shipping waiting for a reply. kinda wanting to stay in the states to avoid shipping.

im going to assume the input shaft bearing since it seems logical but no not yet. car is still driving fine but i can hear the sound get worse

Thats what I was guessing since that's just so known on these. I'll keep my eyes out cause I have a spare one but It had input shaft bearings go out to lol :P

Thanks for the link but again sadly its located in canada. And shipping on the is around 360 alone wait just noticed their shipping is listed at 79 bucks, wonder why so cheap.

So have you searched car-parts.com yet? I just did a search and came up with a whole ***-load of 5sp ralliart transmissions.

Carparts has alot but most if not all are out of my price range. I bookmarked the one link velo gave me imma hit up rob tomarrow see if he found anything. May end up ordering the one tomarrow
