Road to Evo VIII with out turbo!
$160 is the going rate, some shops sell them for $250 off the shelf...
not to mention proffesional installation and paint on the body kit...otherwise it will most likely look like ****, not saying you're not capable, but unless you have a backround in autobody, i would not recommend DIY body kits. But if you're confident you can do it, by all means...but that leads me to my next point, why make a lancer look like an evo...without the fenders and rear quarter panels, shaved trunk, license plate in the bumper, headlights, the list goes on, it won't look like an evo, just another riced out lancer...If you don't like how it looks, why'd you buy it, and why not spend $2000 on performance and maintenance...wouldn't you rather it handle and drive more like an evo, than look vaguely like one?
what he said
your gonna spend all this money to make your car ( which wont be as fast) to look like a car that it isnt. when you have to do repairs on the car your gonna wish you had your money back. theres alot you can do to these cars without making it look like an evo for alot cheaper. your right your 18 and you talk about being smart about your money.... then be smart. lol
