Anyone have the issue where there MoonRoof will not close all the way? Currently my brother in laws Ralliart randomly start not closing all the way. It stops about a few inchs away. If i Hit tilt after that it close a little bit more leaving about a inch. If anyone has any ideas

have you tried assisting it with your hands?

 

Check the guides and make sure they are clear of debris. Get a autograde grease and lube the guides.

 

sometimes when it rains, mine wont open all the way it will jstu crap up . never had a problem with closing tho :/

Same problem here! Last summer this happened to me and I never could figure out how to fix it. The quick fix is to just keep playing with it until it lines up right. I stopped using my sun roof due to this.

 

This summer I went to the dealership and had the motor for the sun roof changed under warranty. After 5 years I opened the sun roof once and it never closed again it got stuck while open. I had to pull it back with my hands and push it up so it closed. Lots of dirt accumulates on the guides. If you are still under warranty take it so they can check if its the motor.

 

yeah idk lol it will ALWAYS crack open no matter what. but when its wet or something. the sunroof wont slide all the way open , i hit it to go back and you hear it like stop lol
clean it from the inside use some of that computer spray to get partials out of the way
