Rpms in neutral while rolling
So since Ive had my ra when driving and putting it in neutral rpms only drop down to 1k and until I come to a complete stop it drops down to 650-700 just wanted to see if anybody else's was like this or do I have a iac problem

the the input shaft when disengaged from the output shaft will still cause it to turn under zero load, because of their proximity to eachother and the viscosity of the fluid...
Pretty sure the car keeps the rpms up when rolling in case you have to steer. Once you stop, the ECU figures it's OK to drop the rpms down to idle. ALL of my Mitsubishis have done this, going back to 1990. Nothing to worry about.

Eh idk since you don't need power steering when the cars moving only when parking unless your a old lady.. Hahaha jk it's a possibility though

Hmm i find it weird cuz sometimes ill press down on the clutch while rolling and my rpm will drop to 500-600 and other times itll stick at 1100 when i stop go up to 1300 and then idle back down to 500-600 and sometimes itll even drop more like the car is gona stall but it never does
mine's always done that...when it idles high is the AC on? when the AC clutch engages, it'll put a load on the drive belt, and the engine will increase RPM to keep it from stalling, or falling below minimum...mine also dips to like 4-500 from time to time as well, not sure why...
No it does it all the time even when ac is off. Its weird cuz sometimes ill turn on my car and itll keep a steady 1200rpm and then other times it will idle normal at a 500-600. I feel like sometimes when i stop idle stays up till i let of the brakes.

When you first start the car the rpms will stay higher so the engine can reach operating temp faster.. You sure you don't have a vacuum leak some where? Brake booster works off vacuum so rpms changing when pressing the brakes might be a vacuum leak..
