Another freaking problem
So i bought my 2004 ralliart about a month ago and so far nothing but problems. First the fan problem had to change the fan module, next brakes started squeaking, now either the ToB or the ISB is making ALOT of noise and i think there might be something wrong with my suspension as it makes a tick noise when i hit bumps.
This morning when i drove off to work my car started fine. At lunch time started my car up drove to the store which is like a minute away and turned my car off and when i came out and got back in i tried to start my car and nothing no noise or anything tried many times, checked the connectors everything is good but the car wont start. Luckily my friend boosted me and i was able to drive home which is a 30 minute drive. When i turn my key 1 notch my volt meter goes up to like 12 and wabbles up and down and when i turn the key to ON everything goes dead.
Sorry guys kinda vented out a bit.

There's a thread about the car not starting don't think anybody found the reason why.. If you keep turning the key or hold the key to the start position it'll start mine does.. it wont start at random times.. What I've tried that works and might be the problem is flipping the key over and trying mine fired up when I tried it but only tried it once. I did have a new key made but haven't tried it for to long to say its the key.. Is your key worn out? And check the battery post one member said his positive cable had corrosion and he cleaned it and had no problems.. As for the ticking there might just be rocks stuck under the spring another member posted a thread about a suspension sound but I don't think it was a ticking noise.. When you start out in first gear and full throttle it does it make a grinding noise but not in any of the other gears? If it does mine did the same thing and ended up being the ISB
