Think of it this way, when it comes to money, apart from spending it,what else is it good for ? I bet it tastes awful !!!
I am trying to get my "fast" car on the road before summer ends, and you are correct this will bug the **** outta me until I get it rectified!

You are also correct that it is only money, I do like new things...

Seeing as it's a Sportback, I should be trying to eliminate the body roll.

I DO have my stock bar laying around, but it's going on my ES whenever i get around it it...

*imagines previous owners thought process*

"gee, these pivoting bolts are broken, and now this useless steel rod is dangling from the car making weird noises...i better take it off"

the Whiteline bar is cheaper and uses OEM mounts and endlinks, but since you're missing all those parts you may want to look harder at the progress bar...

There was a really shady owner of this car between myself and Canadian Canuck, I wouldn't doubt that's exactly what his thought process was.

Funny story, the shady in between owner is a mechanic, I went to the shop that he works at to talk to him about the car before I took possession. I went to the front of the garage and asked for him, I see a head pop up and he promptly runs for the exit. I had assure his co-worker that I didn't have any ill will towards him...some people.

I will order the Progress bar next week, CC is maxed out!!

edit: I should mention that in between mechanic guy sold it to a dealer, where I bought it. So there was 2 in-betweeners... I went to his place of work to find out what he did with the RRM turbo kit.

From those pics, it appears as if your rear rotors are on backwards.....

No vanes in the rears. Therefore the slots should be exhausting the gasses and dust from the center out, the way you have them on the rear they're pushing the gases from the outside to the centre of the disk.

Everything I have read, and the brake instructions have suggested the opposite. I believe the gas and dust is better exhausted near the hub of the brake assembly as opposed to the caliper.

If you have a good source for your info, I am open for any suggestions...

it depends if they're REAL vented or "just for show" vented...
many companies say their rotos are vented but yet only offer one design...so its not venting properly on one side...because they expect people to not know you need venting the opposite way on the other side of the car, and just buy and use for looks

so the vents MAY be proper on the other side of the car

A reversed rotor shouldn't cause that issue, if they have been installed correctly. Take your wheels off and inspect the brakes. Look for scoring on the disc, and look for uneven brake pad wear. MAKE SURE THE BRAKES ARE COOL!! Grip the rotor on each side and make sure it's secure, do the same with all the linked suspension components.

Take some pictures of anything you find and post them here, someone should be able to help you.

Shuddering brakes are caused by the caliper pistons sticking in their bores. This eventually happens to every make of car that gets driven in winter road salt. Hell, it even happened to my BMW K75 motorcycle that I used to ride all winter.

Solutions:
1. disassemble the caliper by pushing out the piston all the way, carefully remove corrosion from piston, and the bore it goes into, with scotchpad or fine sandpaper and reassemble using a new seal kit
2. buy re-manufactured calipers from any auto parts supplier, they look new and are cheaper than new and are plug 'n play

JUST DONT FORGET TO BLEED THE BRAKES PROPERLY AFTER!...lol

i had a friend do that and the result wasn't pretty....he wrecked his taurus on the test drive after...it wasnt totalled but he did have to end up getting rid of the car...(he didn't wanna drive a crashed car..so he just traded it in for sumn else...he didnt need to tho...later we bled the brakes and it drove ok after tho)
